Dead Silence

A non-exciting, but sufficiently entertaining flick. It will not really give you any goosebumps, unless you are willing to get any. It seems to be more of a grotesque creation, rather than, a nerve chilling watch.
Over-all idea, concept, and presentation deserve some applause, but, just for the apparent hard-work and thought that went into it. Implying that there’s nothing surprising (or even shocking) in the movie. The end lends some credit to the script-writer, but, the movie is still wanting in terms of ‘justice’. At the risk of sounding traditional, I’ll confess that I prefer ‘good wins over evil’ endings, whatever the genre of the movie. Being a horror movie, dead silence could have been a little more transparent, and, ‘fair’; but, alas!
