There is something very painful whenever go for hair cut. While I have heard the same from one my cousins, too; why does that happen?
Today, I wasn't willing, but, oh, well; one has to go with the flow... I went for a hair cut. It's not that I love long hair, either...

Mantaining Relationships
Being in a romantic relationship is life’s most beautiful experiences. However, the benefits don’t come across as easily as they might have in the previous century. In the fast paced world of today, with options like e-dating and the liberty given by parents, youth is easily taking to being quickly involved. While there are abundant advantages, the downside of being involved before one is responsible enough, and, the plethora of options available for entertainment; boredom and breakups are natural. However, while the parents DO realize the aftermath of everything happening in their kids’ lives, it’s not easy managing the scene. Following are some tips : both for parents and th X generation alike…
1. Set Priorities : For any human being, managing more than three main areas of life is an unfair deal. Know your reality, and set goals. E.g. Where do you see yourself two years from now. Are you more inclined on settling down, or is providing for your family a priority…
Also, if your background doesn’t allow mixing with the opposite sex, stay responsible. Don’t let yourself get carried away with rebellious feeling; invest emotions only when you truly know you want it.
2. Commit : Once in a relationship, commit a bit of yoursef to it. Future is always unknown; however, to give every situation your best is your duty. Let the rest work on its own. Spend time together, respect each other and let the flame of friendship (atleast!) never die out.
3. Enjoy : Be cheerful and have fun while you date. Same holds for marriages. Humans have a basic need to feel happiness… Seeing your better half happy is as good as being happy. Never give him/her a feeling that you dislike him/her. Even if you genuinely need to walk out of a relationship, politeness and acceptance should be the mantra. While these suggetions sound idealistic, following them usually easens the knots’ undoing.
4. Sharing : Be careful when you share. Unfolding your life stories is not desirable. Most people are willing to see you for your present, afterall everyone has had a history. Reveal as much as you deem respect-worthy. Don’t lie (!), but be mindful. Additionally, talk about friends, but, again, be discreet.
5. Stay active : This holds value throughout your life… Not just for being healthily committed. Deveop hobbies, work on yourself and stay open to learning. The purpose of education itself is to open our minds to learning. Stay that way. Being occupied is half the battle won… Granted you are enjoying the process. Afterall no one can deny that an empy mind serves as devil’s workshop.

Moments...
Sometimes a little moment leaves you astonished; surprised and elated. Just during routine.
I was putting the flowers in my verandah symmetrically, and lo and behold, I came across a little boat decorated with a feather. Water : crystal-clear water shone inside. Obviously my first thought was that our thoughtful and creative maid – Asha – did it. Later investigation brought to light – Asha had only stuck the feather there. Water had been dripping from roof and co-incidentally collected directly in the boat.
